BioTERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Comment "CONFIRM" if certain about purchasing an item.
2. Cancelling of orders = Dead buyers = Blacklisted.
3. Please ask all questions before confirming.

5. Prices are fixed. Absolutely no haggling.
6. Items are non-refundable, so please be sure of the item that you want to purchase.
7. Some items are via a bidding system and this will be indicated in the various post(s).
PAYMENT
1. Payment has to be made within 24 hours after confirmation.
2. ATM transfer (please state reference number + time and date) and ibanking (please state reference number) only.
3. No concealed cash at all.
POSTAGE
1. Postage prices are as such: Accessories - $1 per item, Clothes: $1.50 per item.
2. Prices of postage may not always be fixed due to weight. Should that be the case, we will advise on the price via emails.
3. Registered mail is strongly encouraged as we are not responsible for lost or damaged mails. An additional charge of $2.24 will be added for registered mail.
